OPHA conducts transparent, competitive procurement in strict accordance with Afghan Ministry of Economy regulations and international donor guidelines.
Supply of verified GMP-certified pharmaceuticals, pediatric syrup antibiotics, surgical consumables, and labor kits for Sub-Health Centers in Nooristan and Faryab provinces.
Construction of solar submersible pumping systems, high-density polyethylene piping, and hygienic sanitation blocks for health centers in eastern Afghanistan.
Pre-qualification of licensed suppliers for vehicle rental (4x4 SUVs/pickups), printing/stationery, IT equipment, warehouse logistics, and medical equipment maintenance.
Request Supplier Registration Package1. Valid Business License: All bidders must submit a verified license from the Ministry of Industry & Commerce.
2. Sealed Bids: Physical bids must be delivered in wax-sealed envelopes to OPHA Head Office drop-box before the published deadline.
3. Anti-Fraud & Conflict of Interest: OPHA strictly enforces zero-tolerance for collusion, bribery, or non-competitive practices.
